Thank you for shopping with Sweety Botanica. Because all of our products are handmade to order, please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when your order is on its way.

 

Processing Time

All Sweety Botanica products are handcrafted individually in small batches. This means every order requires a preparation period before it is ready to ship:

        Standard products: 2-5 business days preparation time

        Custom and bespoke orders: 5-10 business days preparation time

        Large orders and gift sets: Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and lead time

Processing time begins after payment is confirmed. For bank transfer orders, processing begins only after the transfer clears in our account.

Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total wait time is processing time PLUS delivery time.

 

Delivery Within the UAE

We deliver to all seven emirates across the UAE:

        Abu Dhabi

        Dubai

        Sharjah

        Ajman

        Umm Al Quwain

        Ras Al Khaimah

        Fujairah

 

UAE delivery timeframes after dispatch:

        Abu Dhabi and Dubai: 1-2 business days

        Other emirates: 2-4 business days

 

Shipping Rates — UAE

We offer the following shipping rates within the UAE:

        Standard shipping: AED 50 per order

        FREE shipping on all orders over AED 200

 

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us at [your email] before placing an international order to confirm shipping availability, rates and estimated delivery times for your country.

        International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and fees at the destination country

        These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates

        Sweety Botanica is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

 

Packaging

All Sweety Botanica orders are carefully packaged to ensure your handmade items arrive safely and beautifully. We take extra care with fragile sculpture candles, Jesmonite pieces and floral arrangements. All gift set orders come presentation-ready in our branded packaging.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

 

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to your specified address. If delivery is unsuccessful:

        A re-delivery will be attempted on the next business day

        You may be contacted by the courier to arrange a convenient delivery time

        If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, re-delivery charges will apply

 

Fragile Items

Many of our products — particularly sculpture candles, Jesmonite decor and floral arrangements — are fragile. We take extensive care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

        Photograph the packaging and the damaged item immediately

        Do not dispose of the packaging until the issue is resolved

We will arrange a replacement or refund for items damaged during transit.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Sweety Botanica cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise your address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us immediately at [your email] and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

 

Public Holidays and Peak Periods

During UAE public holidays, Eid periods, Ramadan and peak gifting seasons (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day etc.), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance for time-sensitive occasions during busy periods.
