At Sweety Botanica, every single product is handcrafted by hand in small batches using 100% natural soy wax and premium ingredients. Because our products are handmade to order, we ask that you read this policy carefully before purchasing.

 

Our Commitment to You

We want you to love every piece you receive from us. If something arrives damaged, defective or significantly different from what was described, we will always make it right. Your satisfaction genuinely matters to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by:

        Including your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will review your request and offer one of the following at our discretion:

        A full replacement of the damaged item

        Store credit for the value of the item

Change of Mind Returns

Because our products are handmade to order and highly perishable in nature (candles and wax products), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and review all photos before placing your order.

 

Custom and Bespoke Orders

All custom, personalised and bespoke orders are final sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds can be accepted on custom-made pieces as these are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

 

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

 

Candle Care and Product Responsibility

All candles must be used responsibly. By purchasing from Sweety Botanica, you agree that:

        You will never leave a burning candle unattended

        You will keep candles away from children, pets and flammable materials

        You will follow all candle care instructions included with your order

        You will burn candles on a heat-resistant surface

Sweety Botanica cannot be held responsible for any damage, injury or loss resulting from improper candle use.

Refund Processing
